your documents independent of the solution, it is economical as well as requires
minimal training as our focus is to improve your efficiency by getting your employees
to their precise document quickly and without fuss!
Controlled access and distribution of documents
Segregate document access by groups : One can implement group access
for users by creating a Group which can be a Branch Location or a Department or
any logical group whose users would access a set of document folders and files.
Allow access across organization : The COMMON FOLDERS group is created
so that files and folders that are common across the organisation can be stored
and access by users irrespective of groups. For eg HR manuals, Company Guidelines
etc and similar documents or images which are for all employees would be available
at this location.
Allow privileged access : Enterprise Doxplore has a section called SPECIAL
FOLDERS. Here individual folders and their inherent files will be accessed only
by specific set of users who are from different groups. For eg: A special Folder
called Board will be accessible only to Board of Directors who might themselves
be in different Department and HOD folder would be accessible only by Managers of
all groups and so on.
